1. Refund Policy

1.1 Cancellations and Refunds

Pak Neo provides a money-back guarantee for eligible plans subject to the following terms and conditions.

1.1.1 Non-Refundable Fees

Fees paid in connection with the purchase of dedicated servers and domain names are non-refundable. Any payment gateway or funds transfer fees are borne by the buyer. You may choose to credit the same to your Pak Neo wallet where available.

1.1.2 Cancellations within First 30 Days of Registration

Web Hosting (Annual Plans): We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all annually billed shared web hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund of the hosting fees.

VPS Hosting: Refunds for VPS hosting services are only applicable if cancellation is requested within the first three (3) calendar days of registration.

Dedicated Servers: Fees paid for Dedicated Servers are non-refundable.

If a promotional “Free Domain Name” was registered, the refund will be reduced by the actual price charged per domain name, and you may retain ownership and control of the promotional domain.

1.1.3 Cancellations After 30 Days

No refund will be obliged after the initial 30-day period for annual hosting plans, or after 3 days for VPS plans. Monthly plans are non-refundable after 3 days.

1.1.4 Cancellations After 30 Days

You may cancel services at any time, before or after automatic account renewal. With the exception of non-refundable fees in Section 1.1.1 and setup fees (if any), no refund shall be admissible after thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase.

1.1.5 Notice of Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be directed to Pak Neo via the official support channels. The cancellation request must include verification of ownership of the hosting account and/or domain(s) as determined by Pak Neo. You must confirm that all emails, files, and databases are preserved and backed up somewhere other than Pak Neo server space. Pak Neo will not be responsible for any loss of data upon service cancellation.

2. Removal of Account

Pak Neo will permanently delete all client data after thirty (30) days of an overdue invoice. Pak Neo shall not be responsible for any data removed after the invoice is overdue. Backing up site data is solely the responsibility of the user.

3. Domain Names

3.1 Free Domain Name

If you register any domain name as part of a “Free Domain Name” promotion in connection with a subscription, your refund will be reduced by the regular domain price. Transferring the domain or setting name servers other than those provided by Pak Neo will incur the regular domain fee. You retain full ownership and control of any such domain names after full payment.

3.2 Promotional Domain Prices

Domains marketed at promotional prices will renew at the regular fee after one year. Domain transfer before one year will be allowed only after full payment at the regular price. You may update name servers to other servers.

3.3 Domain Bundle with Promotional Coupons

Free domains are not applicable for plans purchased using promotional or discount coupons.

4. Terms of Service

4.1 Spamming and Illegal Activity

Pak Neo does not tolerate the transmission of spam, warez, pornography, torrents, phishing, hacking, gambling, or any other illegal activity. We monitor traffic to and from our web servers for indications of abuse. Customers suspected of using our services for these purposes are fully investigated. If we determine any such activity, we may take appropriate action including deletion of your hosting account without notice. No refund will be provided in such scenarios.

4.2 Acceptable Use

Services must be used in compliance with applicable laws and our Acceptable Use Policy. Resource usage must remain within the limits of the plan and not adversely impact shared infrastructure.

4.3 Data, Backups, and Security

We may offer daily backups; however, you remain responsible for maintaining independent backups. Pak Neo is not liable for data loss due to user actions or external factors beyond reasonable control.

4.4 Provisioning, Suspension, and Termination

Services may be provisioned automatically. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these terms, overdue invoices, or abuse reports.

4.5 Email and Bulk Sending

Unsolicited bulk email is prohibited. Email sending must adhere to industry standards and anti-spam regulations.

4.6 SLA and Uptime

Pak Neo strives to maintain high availability. Where applicable, uptime targets and SLA credits are defined by service-specific policies.

4.7 Support Policy

Support is provided via the official channels during published hours. Some requests may require verification and may be limited to scope of the subscribed service.

4.8 Liability and Indemnification

Pak Neo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify and hold Pak Neo harmless against claims arising from your use of the services.

4.9 Changes to Terms

Pak Neo may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes. We will publish updates on our website.

4.10 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws. Disputes will be resolved through the processes defined by Pak Neo, which may include arbitration or local jurisdiction.
